In the first tree months after birth, known as the Fourth Trimester, parents experience a significant and special transition. As a postpartum doula, I am dedicated to helping families during this journey of welcoming a new baby. I aim to provide emotional support, practical guidance, and hands on help tailored to each family’s needs, ensuring they feel empowered and cared for.
